Læv Næ Birěkhka was founded durring the late 14th century in fall of the year 1355, by Trêtconhe Èbmèj. The establishment of Læv Næ Birěkhka was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Trêtconhe Èbmèj electing to pay people to resettle in Læv Næ Birěkhka.
Læv Næ Birěkhka was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Læv Næ Birěkhka is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Læv Næ Birěkhka is buildings are arranged within a network of restrictive cobblestone streets which form a rectangular grid, where each block verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section.
